Stop by our Overland Park showroom to add a touch of luxury to your home with our hand-picked selection of leather furniture.
Leather furniture is among the most misunderstood products in home furnishings. At Orman’s Furniture, we have 10,000 square feet dedicated to showing the possibilities and range of leather upholstered furniture.
When you come in, we will:
Explain, in detail, everything you need to know about leather
Help find a suitable style to fit your needs and budget
Discuss the criteria for choosing a piece, depending on your intended use and lifestyle
Show you a broad selection of leather pieces from several sources
Present the possibilities that custom-order leathers bring to the tab
Teach you the proper maintenance of new leather furniture
We even offer an 8-minute leather seminar that will equip you with more knowledge than most of the people who sell the products in this industry. All of this is done in the traditional Orman’s fashion – in a flexible, low-pressure, customer-oriented atmosphere.
Carolina Custom Leather (a family owned company) is built in the U.S.A. to the highest standards of upholstery. Their old fashioned eight way hand knotted, double helix coil base affords the kind of support that lasts for generations.
All of the Carolina Custom pieces are completely top grain leather over hard wood frames that are corner blocked and joined appropriately. Cushion cores are of the highest caliber.
Because Carolina Custom constructs its own frames, we are able to modify existing sofa frames by up to 12” for a fee of $300.00. That combination can be 6” of length plus 2” of seat depth plus 4” of depth or any combination that fits the consumer’s needs. Choices can be made among a broad selection of styles and leathers.
Orman’s Furniture is proud to display a significant number of Carolina Custom pieces on our showroom including pieces upholstered in American bison leather. www.ccleather.com
Classic Leather Company (a family owned company) has been producing all top grain leather upholstery in the U.S.A. for over half a century. Their quality approach is the same as when Tom Shores started the company. At Orman’s, we get inquiries on this product from several states in the midwest by people who are aware of the quality and attendant longevity but have no local dealer. Two collections stand out as differentiating: The recliner program brings roughly 15 frames and 20 leathers together at reduced prices.
The Classic Designs Collection program allows for different lengths in the same sofa/chair style.
This is terrific product with a well deserved reputation for service life. Orman’s Furniture displays the recliner program and the Classic Designs Collection program plus the hundreds of leather choices. www.classic-leather.com
